Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By joining the free community or purchasing any paid service from "MB Kovilas" reg. code 306158647 hereinafter "the Company," you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. You confirm you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter this agreement. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
2. Free Community
Membership in the Wannabe.business free community is available to contractors who sign up to GoHighLevel (GHL) through the MB Kovilas affiliate link. This is a commercial arrangement — MB Kovilas receives a referral commission from GoHighLevel when you register through that link. Membership is offered in exchange for this, not for cash payment.
Once you join, MB Kovilas connects to your GHL account, builds your online presence system, and returns full control of the account to you. You own your GHL account at all times. All work delivered — website, automations, CRM setup — is built inside your account and remains yours if you leave the community.
MB Kovilas selects which community members to work with based on business suitability. Joining the community does not guarantee that work will be completed on your account. There is no timeline commitment.
Membership in the free community is offered to businesses and self-employed contractors acting in their trade or profession, not to individual consumers acting for personal purposes.
3. Paid Service
Paid subscribers access the service through Wannabe Manager (Wannabe.business's whitelabel GoHighLevel platform). This is distinct from the external GHL account used in the free community.
You enter this agreement as a business or self-employed professional acting in the course of your trade, not as a consumer acting for personal, family, or household purposes. If this is not accurate for your situation, contact us before purchasing, as different cancellation rights may apply to consumer contracts under EU law.
The €1,000 onboarding fee covers account setup, material import, and customisation. By paying this fee, you expressly request that setup work begin immediately and acknowledge that the fee becomes non-refundable once that work has begun.
Monthly subscription fees are billed in advance. Your subscription includes ongoing support of your online presence — website, CRM and possible setup of lead follow-up, social media content, and Furnero editorial placement. Any platform upgrades or new features added during your contract are included at no additional charge.
If you cancel your paid subscription, access to the Wannabe Manager platform ends and all materials built within it become inaccessible. You may export your contact database at any time before cancellation.
4. Ownership
Free community: you own your GHL account and everything built inside it.
Paid service: website templates, design assets, automation sequences, and content created by [Company] within the whitelabel platform remain the intellectual property of [Company]. Your contact data is always yours and is exportable on request.
Any logos, trademarks, copy, images, or other materials you supply to us remain your property at all times.
5. Delivery
Services are currently delivered by MB Kovilas personally. MB Kovilas reserves the right to engage contractors or team members to fulfil parts of the service. Quality and accountability remain with MB Kovilas regardless of who carries out the work.
6. Third-Party Software
Both the free community and paid service depend on GoHighLevel infrastructure. MB Kovilas is not responsible for changes to GoHighLevel pricing, availability, or functionality. Your GHL subscription — whether through your own account or the whitelabel platform — is subject to GoHighLevel's own terms of service.
7. SMS Communications
If you opt in to SMS notifications, standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier. Message frequency varies based on account activity. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Reply STOP at any time to opt out.
8. Results
MB Kovilas delivers marketing and visibility services. We do not guarantee a specific number of leads, enquiries, or revenue outcomes. Results depend on your market, trade, location, and business circumstances.
9. Limitation of Liability
MB Kovilas's liability in any dispute is limited to the total amount paid by you in the three months preceding the claim. MB Kovilas is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, fraud, death or personal injury, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under Lithuanian law.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, where MB Kovilas (registration no. 306158647 is registered. Any disputes not resolved informally will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lithuania.
11. Changes
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Significant changes will be communicated directly to active subscribers [ADD] at least [INSERT NUMBER, e.g., "14 days"] before they take effect.
12. Termination
MB Kovilas may suspend or terminate your access to the paid service if you fail to pay fees when due, breach these terms, or misuse the platform. You may cancel your subscription at any time in accordance with Section 3. Sections concerning ownership, liability, and governing law survive termination.
13. Force Majeure
MB Kovilas is not liable for delays or failures in delivering the service caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including outages or changes to third-party platforms such as GoHighLevel, internet or utility failures, or other circumstances outside its control.
13a. Anticipated Delays
Where MB Kovilas becomes aware, in advance, that a service delivery deadline will not be met for reasons within its control, it will notify you by email to your provided address no later than 2 working days after becoming aware of the likely delay. Provided this notice is given, MB Kovilas will not be liable for financial loss arising from that specific delay, subject always to the liability carve-outs in Section 9 (Limitation of Liability).
14. Entire Agreement & Severability
These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and MB Kovilas regarding the service. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full effect.
